--- Refund Policy ---
We are a service provider. We take every project very seriously and work towards 100% customer satisfaction in terms of timely Delivery ,Quality & Accuracy of the drawings images/plans. In order to achieve this we provide unlimited amendments for 2D floor plans / lease plans.
In the case of 3D Floor plans, model & CGI (AI) creation, we work with you during the process of creation of the model so that you can change camera angles, materials, colours etc.. before a High resolution image is rendered. Any modifications except a remaking of the model, up to Low res images will be free of charge. Once the High resolution image is rendered and delivered the project is completed. Any amendment / modification beyond this point will attract an amendment fee.
Once a query comes for a project we provide you with a proposal with estimated cost & delivery time scale. The delivery time is affected by changes requested by the client and will be communicated.
With all of the above steps we have taken, there will be no requirement for any refund.
--- Local Codes & Building Regulations ---
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide details of any design/ sketches that comply with their respective countries’ laws & regulations.
2D Marketing Floor Plans
For UK markets – These will be drawn according to the RICS (Royal Institute of Charted surveyors).

There will be no discounts/ rebates or refunds for any of the services unless agreed with us in advance as a condition of the project proposal.
